Hi, I’m Ebony
I Ebony Wilkins have been noteworthy leader, mentor, and serial entrepreneur. After being laid off from a company who I invested 20 years into gave me the strength and determination to step out on my own to become my own boss. Despite my own circumstances I started as a student with the mindset of continuing to be a student. Since working in the transportation industry in the corporate world, I just ended up transitioning it into fuel to start my own dispatching company. A mentor of mines always remind his students, " It's not how you start, just get started."
I've been entrepreneur for about 3 1/2 years now. My very first company was developed in 2019 which was T.O.E Dispatch & Logistics. After developing my company, I still felt the need and demand of so many people wanting to learn how to start their own dispatching company. So I created and developed my very first online digital course. Educating and teaching people how to launch and start a dispatching business from scratch.
Essence Academy is committed to helping students educate themselves and teach people how to become successful. Our desire is to help you become knowledgeable and give you the resources to gain partnership in the transportation industry.

I created this coaching program to help people like me figure out how to enter into the transportation industry without owning a truck. My coaching is to not only to help you, but it gives you the confidence in executing and taking action towards your goals. I wanted to create a culture and community that helps motivates each person to reach they potential in just getting started with educating themselves on how.
